At COCHIC, we accompany you along the entire process, from purchase to production and delivery. Once you order COCHIC items, you will receive a tracking number with specific indications of production and shipping times. In case there is any delay or issue regarding your order, the production team will get in touch with you directly to inform you of delays.
The processing and delivery times for your order can vary depending on the product you've selected. For our collar extenders, we typically aim to ship them the very next day after your purchase. However, please note that for some of our other products, the processing time may extend to a range of 1 week to 2 weeks.
The processing and delivery time for our customized items is a bit more extensive to ensure the highest quality results. These unique, made-to-order products typically require 5-6 weeks for production and delivery.
If you are ordering from Canada and United States, you will receive free shipping when you spend $35 or more. For chargeable shipping rate, please refer to the table below.

The cost of producing and delivering a customized item varies depending on the specific product you are ordering. Each customized creation is tailored to your unique preferences and specifications, which can influence the overall cost. Most of the time, we use UPS. If we need to use a different carrier, we will notify you.
Regrettably, we do not offer the option to ship to multiple addresses. Our service is structured to deliver products to a single designated shipping address per order. Therefore, we kindly request that you place separate orders for each unique shipping address to guarantee that each package reaches its intended destination promptly and accurately.
Absolutely, you can ship an item as a gift to someone else by simply providing the recipient's shipping address during the ordering process. If you find the need to update your contact details, such as your shipping address, for an existing order, please contact us without delay at logistic@cochic.com.
While we do our best to deliver within certain deadlines, the custom nature of our products makes it such that exceptions inevitably occur. Although we do our best to limit delays, we will reach out if there is anything that could delay your order.
RETURNS & EXCHANGE
For Regular Items
Certainly, we do offer the option to exchange your purchased item for another COCHIC product. However, there are two key conditions for an eligible exchange: the item must be in its original, unused condition, and it should not be damaged.
If you wish to make adjustments on your order or return your item, you may contact our logistics team directly, using your personal track number, for us to proceed with the return.
In the event that you have purchased an item from Amazon or Walmart, we would like to clarify that returns for such transactions should be managed directly through their platforms.
COCHIC will cover all the costs associated with the return, provided that the product is in pristine condition at the time of return.
If the clothing or accessory does not suit you well (size or aesthetic issues), we will provide you with a full refund within 3 days of reception.
For Customized Items
If you wish to make adjustments to your order, please don't hesitate to contact our tailor at custommade@cochic.com. Our experienced tailor will be pleased to prepare a personalized quote for you and guide you through the return process. You have a three-day window after receiving your item to connect with our tailor, ensuring that the fit meets your expectations.
When it comes to alterations on your custom item, we are pleased to inform you that there will be no additional charges for the actual alteration itself. However, please note that while the alteration is complimentary, you will be responsible for covering the return shipping costs.
If, for any reason, you are not entirely satisfied with your customized item, we offer the possibility of a full refund. To qualify for a refund, please ensure that you contact us within 3 days after receiving your purchase.
It's important to note that customized items, crafted to your unique specifications, are unable to be exchanged for other COCHIC products. These items are meticulously tailored to your specific preferences, and as such, they are non-exchangeable.

It depends on the items. We make most of our products, such as the ties and COCHIC’s extenders in Italy with Italian materials. In parallel, we work with manufacturers from local Canadian communities to produce the other products.

Since we value high-quality products and excellence, we produce fashion accessories directly in Italy or produce them locally in Quebec with passionate and highly skilled manufacturers.
